Deposit Policy

• A 50% deposit is required to guarantee a reservation, that will be charged to your credit card by the hotel, the other 50% will be charged at the time of registration.

Cancellation Policies

• Cancel 30 days prior to avoid charges.
• In case of No Show the deposit will not be reimbursed.
• Credit cards accepted:: Visa, MasterCard and Visa Electron Debit Card.
• Kids less than three years old stay free if they share room with parents.
• Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed.
• Late Check Out subject to availability.
• We offer discounts depending on how long the stay is, and the number of rooms or suites required.
  

Maximum number of persons per room: 2 on the Standard and Superior Rooms, 5 for the Spectacular and Master Suite and 8 for the Contramar and Villa Zihuatanejo Suite.

Oversold Policy:
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
